We came a lot closer than a certain other Big 10 team who won't be named but has a 213 year old head coach, finished out the season 9-4, and whose colors may or may not contain white and navy blue.  But again, due to my time travelling incident, I have no recollection of the events of Monday night.

We're down to 9 on that list due to Smith leaving and our apparent "lack of speed"...

*sigh*

more fuel for the underdog next season, which we will likely end up being. Also the Big Ten will probably receive criticism considering its two biggest players, mich and OSU, both were routed in their bowl games. The only saving graces are Pen State's and Wisconsin's wins over Tennessee and Arkansas, respectively.
