Get this, Ive been have Iternet connection issues for 2 weeks now, Comcast came out to check my line, they tell me someware in the plymouth area ( approx 60k people live here, 36 sq miles ) there is a line with a nick in it that keeps shorting out with the snow. and they dont know where it is.
Possible or Incompetence.
