2nd block down on the right hand tower.  Make sure it's not collapsed on you... if there is a + sign, click it.

This saddens me Hawkes...I was looking forward to a good giggle...but i don't even see a collaped window...there's nothing...oh well..i'm sure i can find it

Not sure why you can't see it.  It is set for everyone but guests and ungrouped members.  You are both in a membergroup that has permission. 

What browser are you using?  IE or FF?

I made a new test user Warlord, who just has planetside permissions, I can see the video clip of the day when logged in using both IE and Firefox.



That is what it should look like.  Make sure that the new window isn't collapsed.  If you can't see the boxes on the right at all, there are 2 arrows at the top on the main toolbar, you can click those to hide the boxes on both sides.  Post again if you continue to have problems

I get a certain percentage into the video, then the whole page refreshes.

How do I grow up?

shouldn't be doing that anymore, I removed the refresh..... make sure you clear out your cache.
