SWTOR pulling EA down?

Could Nexon buy EA? Rumor floats, stock soars

So.. It's rumor, but often these things come to fruition especially in the market, though sometimes these are intentionally done to drive up prices.

However, just after release of SWTOR, rumormill was abuzz with the estimated costs of developement for it, ranging from 80 mill to over 500 mill for post production including marketing etc.

Given that the clues seem to hint at sagging SWTOR performance indicated by their desparation to retain and return current and former players, this may indeed be the Achilles' heel of EA.

I suspect we'll know soon anyways.
