Outlook synchornization for POP3 accounts

Hey guys. Is anyone using any pop3 synch's for outlook?
I have about 8 email accoutns that dump down into my outlook on both my desktop and laptop and right now I have my laptop leaving message on the server so my desktop can get them later. It would be much easier if I could just do one and have them synch.
Thoughts?

No... all verizon.net accounts and they don't allow IMAP.
