Going away temporarily. Hawkes might upgrade the forums and we might also nuke the site from space. SCORCHED EARTH.  On the main page there is a mark all threads as read button at the bottom under the WOW area. Click that and then you can start keeping track of the new threads. I asked him about archive options and he said he would look into it later. Maybe we'll move it to a different location and then start a brand new board here.

I've heard time and time again that people come to the board and see all the politics and religious threads and don't stick around. What we are doing here is important bullshit and I'd like the old timers to contribute and not ignore the boards.

If I could have it my way we have the following threads:

GENERAL DISCUSSION
TV/MUSIC/MOVIE
TECH STUFF
GAMES
IMPORTANT BULLSHIT (politics and religion)

Then everything but the IMPORTANT BULLSHIT would show up in the box at the top. There is just a lot of dead shit on the forums right now so I figured we could clean the site up and upgrade it.

Man you guys are some lazy fuckers. Is looking for the BLUE triangle box to the left of the threads really that difficult?

I did find an old mod that would let the USER block certain boards from showing up in there.....this might be what we have to do.

Night I really think this needs to be said and I will be honest.  The Right wing is right agenda gets really old. Yes your right, you do get to have freedom of speech, but at what point is your freedom a detrament to this group.  Alot of good people dont come back or never awnser the boards becasue of all the dribble about politics, religion and such.  There has to be more boards out there for you to sperad your belifes, we cant be the last holdouts you need to convert into beliving what you think is right.  There Ive said enough and probly shouldnt of said it because it will hurt your feeling and you will slam me for my grammer or spelling because that way you can look smarter in your eyes. But I would rather see one go to get the masses back.  IMHO.

Thanks for working on the forums and agree with your ideas to remove some of the older areas and group everything better. When we do post games talk in games, and tech and tech it works wonders. If you guys do decide to do a major overhaul and set some new stuff up if you need help send me a message. Wouldn't mind working on some images and other stuff to help out on the forums.
