I have been often saying to myself the last year "Man, fuck bread.  What's bread got that meat don't?"  This is a justification to all my righteous doughy indignation.
I would worry more about the sodium content than the fat content.  The grilled one is right at the low end of the recommended daily allotment.  A whole days worth of salt in one sandwich.
