No, usually the higher up the chain you go, the smaller the weapon you get to carry. I'm fine with that, really, I just get to tell the guys with the big guns where to shoot.

Decent pay raise come with it?
A little over $200 extra a month. Plus the extra BAH pay will be nice as well, that goes up about $100 a month. In July I'll get aoter $250 raise for being in over 8 years.
