Did they ever fix that issue with the lag from moving the flagship?

You know I didn't notice it, but if I recall from when we had our own server, it's really a matter of the server hardware.

Yeah it funny, I played it couple weeks ago just to check it out. They had had many patches and fixed the problems. All Battlefield games run the same engine with the hitbox lag, so that is normal. Most servers just disable movement on the Titan anyways, but still just as fun.

The thing that always drove me nuts was the insane load time on all Battlefield games

I hated the controls of the flight vehicles.

I wouldn't mind playing on a no-friendly-fire server and doing some jihad jeeping. Some of the best times I had on 2142 involved terrorizing a server with Zonk, C4 and a turbo jeep. They started getting out of their vehicles after a while.

Of course we can always get into those super fun titan fights where you just gun down people with the machine gun for 20 minutes too. Or have Stu play the role of minesweeper and drive a tank into the homing mines. The faster you go the faster they go!

We'll have to get a time together this weekend.. yeah.

I will have to reinstall it. I could never get it to run on my old machine.
