I only have 16" arms Sad

actually yes  with a 19.5" neck  31" thighs and 20" calves

As to the original question posed, I've done some Crossfit training for PT here, but it's been a while. It can really kick your ass at the beginning, but when you do it for a while, you get finished faster and feel better. The whole point to crossfit is you do a daily routine and don't stop until you do all the reps, regardless of how long it takes and how many small breaks you need to take, eventually, you get up to doing like 100 pullups with only a few breaks between sets and other high rep workouts.
