I know a few of you guys work out. Anyone do any cross fit training? I'm getting burned out on the weight lifting routine. Wanted to know if anyone did any crossfit training and what kind of results you've seen.

Is long-term sleep deprivation considered crossfit training?  If so, I've got a hell of a routine worked out.  Results = general lack of energy.

I workout with a steady diet of stress. I usually supplement with starvation if I need a quick pound or two off.

hehe .. well i am 6'3", 213 lbs, would like to get down to about 205. Ideally I just want to lean out and maybe add 15-20 lbs to my bench. Just getting up every day and lifting weights 5 days a week is getting boring. Figured crossfit would be a nice change of pace.

Making love to a tiger is the high joint impact version of swimming then.

You can always do my workout and carry around ladders and drills all day.
