For those of you not in the know, a can of formula generally costs $13-$15. If you're on WIC (not quite welfare/food stamps) you can get up to 9 cans a month for free. Lots of people sign up for WIC, get the expensive baby formula, then sell it on ebay or craigslist. God knows what they're actually feeding their babies - coke and french fries?
