maybe, I've been reading about this tech for awhile now though.  They were going to use it as a way to help ADD kids learn to focus and not have to take pills all the time.

The first few I saw were modified racing games where the car went faster the harder you focused on the car going fast.  I'm all for this shit, as near as I can tell it's just one step closer to having porn pumped straight in to my brain while a robot gives me an HJ.   

Or ever better yet getting drunk by pressing a button then pressing another button to be sober again.
