Back in town I was growing up, we had an asian hang out with us, and his mom cooked the shit out of some Kimchi.

Also made some awesome steaks by putting them in a bag mixed of worcester sauce, soy sauce, and a sweet sauce, and let the soak for days.

When they were cooked, they were the tastyest damn steaks you ever had. They weren't as dry as steaks normally are, and they were so tender.
