Wow Thrun, you are the enemy. Hosted email service is owning the market right now. We ARE goign to lose to this, its just a matter of when.

EDIT: What do you use for this?

It's on a linux server that I don't touch. The guy that built it left but consults for our company still. We're pretty much a MS shop.

USE IMAIL FOR THAT SHIT! Ours is windows based, webmail runs in IIS etc. Replace it!

We don't have enough cients still using it to make it worth the investment I don't think. We're still using it for our inter office email as well, but sooner or later that's all going over to our exchange servers. We're just to busy with other shit right now to get around to it.
