Was looking at the Dell 22" ultrasharp.......anyone know of something different/better for under $400

I am sooo out of the loop on this shit

I just use whatever I find in a dumpster behind a computer shop or in the case of lcd's whatever is on craigslist used for 100 bucks.

I gots the Sceptre 21" the same one as JT did and I like it alot. so much so I bought one for my wife Comp. I dont know what specs the Dell is but i bet these compare

Samsung makes nice LCD monitors.  Look for "2ms," much better than 5ms, I'm told.  Whatever happens in those 2 milliseconds, it looks much better than it does if it takes 5ms.  I'm so cut out for the IT field.  Snacks, give me a job.
