Ok, so since WAR runs better on my work laptop than it does on my gaming PC I'm thinking about upgrading my video card.  I don't have the money to drop on a full system until tav return at the soonest, so vid card it is.  Here's the problem though; my motherboard has an AGP slot.  I read somewhere that someone was putting out an AGP version of one of the newer cards, but I don't remember which one.  I think I'm currently sporting a 6800.  Anyway, this all boils down to:
What's the best AGP vid card out there at this point?
    Radeon 3850
    GeForce 7600
    Sumthin else

Did you look on the Dell refurb site?  Sometimes you can score some epic cheap hardware there with a decent vid card already installed.

My XPS 410 runs WAR at 1600x1200 with no problem and maximum settings, with a 7900GT (256MB).

Otherwise I'd buy a PCI-e card and then borrow a machine from work for a while.  Smiley

Ok in the same boat as Troyer, I know its going to be after the first of the year before I can get a new system.  Looking around with no real clue as to what I'm looking at except the higher the number the better.  I've got two cards I'm looking at any suggestions or reason I wouldn't want one of these?
