You know, those cherries are just a conveyance for 151...at this point, I think they're just solidified 151.  I doubt if there's any cherry left at all.
As such, I don't think there's anything you could possibly do to those that would harm them, including aging them.  It's 151 for Christ's sake.

You know Snacks, that avatar of yours still gets me.  Looks just like my ex down south.  Don't know why I ever left her... oh yeah, she was meaner than John Damn Malkovich.

And a jar full of 151 cherries and some trashcan punch would make a great pod cast.  Though it seems hard to deadpan on cherries.

I remember little bits and pieces from this part of the night.  Much of what I just watched is new to me.

Within an hour of eating those goddamned cherries I was wretching uncontrollably in Kith and Snacks' bathroom.  Even as drunk as I was it was terrible.

Other than that, it was good times.  I housed a full long island and did a shot of whiskey in about 30 mins right before we left after drinking beers all night.

My iPhone is currently being disassembled to dry out...here's hoping it isn't completely fried.  Although I don't have a whole lot of hope, the thing was spazzing out hardcore when it was in the water and I had trouble turning it off once I pulled it out.  Then it felt like nuclear fission was going on inside of it.  Not good!
