I think Rando could be a serious Long Island contender if he hadn't had quite so many shots of whiskey tossed in his direction. 

If you pay attention to America's Most Wanted in the next couple of weeks, you might see a video from a Giant Eagle (grocery store) security cam featuring someone who looks like JT, swizzling on some shopping carts just outside the store, after learning that you can't buy alcohol after 1AM.  But I think we all know that JT would never do that.
