I was born in State College to two Penn State alumni and raised a Penn State fan.  (Partly in Alabama, never got any grief for THAT)  My parents were always been proud of Paterno for doing it right.  For making sure our shit didn't stink.

Except, it does.  Turns out football players are not always model citizens.

Also, the SEC is the best football conference.  Evar.  But this may be due to insane SEC program boosters.  These people live JT's complaint about the pronoun game.  I think Alabama may have finally found a man with enough personality for the Bear's old job.

Yeah the SEC did good this week with the exception of Tenn. who fucked it up.

It's not just about team pride for our conference anymore, its grown to be conference pride. All of the SEC team games I watched everyone erupted into S-E-C chants at least once.

I think as a conference we're sick of the OSU and USC overhype bullshit (but specifically USC), no offense guys. USC who leaped 2 teams who won this week to number 1. Might as well fucking start USC at #1 every year and go from there, as the biased system is now.

Don't get me wrong, I actually like the BCS system over a playoff system as I feel it gives many people a chance to win something at the end, but the bias for USC every year gets kind of old.

As far as 9/13 goes, i'll be hoping for C. Wells recovery and to run all over USC for the win though.
