That's my brother Zack's leg.  Some of you might know him as Scurve in the COD4 channel.  Apparently he hasn't learned how to ride a bike yet and got his right calf caught in between the chain and the sprocket whilst riding tonight.  Let's all point and laugh at him.  Oh, and sorry about the misleading subject, it was the only way I could get Juggs to look at this.

I was in a bike accident once, i hit a fence, my buddy hit me. Ran me over, but not before his chain came off and his front sprocket made a wicked Tiger Claw like gash accross my calf. Nothing like that tho....

I think those are intestines.  You see, Zack is morbidly obese.  So much so, in fact, that his digestive tract seized much of the body that was previously used for things like muscles, dignity, and apparently the part of the brain that governs not getting you leg caught in the sprocket while riding a bike.

Yes those gross litle globules are fat!  Pick one up in yor finger and it squishes like a grape!  When you get liposuction (you know who you are that need it) they roll your tumy and ass and thighs real hard after its injected with a lidocaine/saline mixture. This helps to break up those fat cells and let the magic machine suck them off your ass or wherever they maybe!  Yes that big thing around your middle or dragging on your butt is all made up of them!

And for the record,  thats lame, tell your brother hes a whiner!  Big girls dont cry when they fall from their bikes!  you want gross and hurt,  well  enough said.  Glad everything came out ok for him.  Tell him his leg will start itching in about 5 to 6 days from the stitches, its normal, no scratching!
