Now there are a couple things to note this is a profession pole and you should not learn to swing on this using your whole weight  well at least thats what the manual says, also dont grip the pole when swinging as this can lead to it becoming lose causing it to fall down - also listed in the manual .
in short if you want a pole get an XPole they have broader bases and a free swing option there also thicker  than peekaboo about the same as a pole that you would find in a strip club
