Please make sure you're not using the pulled 196.75 driver version and if you are make sure to revert back to 196.21. Several users on the NVIDIA forum have had their GPU's fried from version 196.75.

Damn and I was hoping to have something to blame for my random GPU that died around christmas. I am not running that driver, running an even older one. Anyways, it is PS3 bliss right now with GoW3 and FFXIII.
