Unknow, your sister got fired for wearing a t-shirt that invoked the term "slavery?" You realize an entire ethnic group of Americans are descended from people who actually WERE slaves? I mean bought and sold in public, referred to as "slaves" in public and in the Constitution. The one written by the Founding Fathers. And that many of these descendents were actually discriminated against by law earlier in their lives in this country. I'm JUST SAYING people are touchy about these things.

By the way, I notice the article quotes the First Amendment. I don't think your sister's First Amendment rights have been violated. The government hasn't made any law limiting her speech. She got fired for expressing her opinion. It may not be fair, and it really seems like her coworkers and supervisor(s?) may have completely misunderstood her shirt, but she exercised her right to free speech. And her private employer exercised their right to terminate her. Maybe she should get a job with Alex Jones?
