Basicly the software can take every photo on the interweb and link them together. One of the coolest parts is where it rendered a 3 D model of Notre Dame from flicker photo sets of the cathedral. The software even took pictures of some one standing by a poster of Notre Dame and included them on the rendering.

You then look at this 3 d model of the cathedral and click on any point of it and it shows you the pictures it used to know what that part of the building looked like.
