Hope #58 is free. I've worked with the Japanese a lot, and they go by their last names.

African American male, with a Spanish last name, pronounced in Japanese fashion.  Doesn't sound all that far fetched now does it?

Or better yet petition to use 1/2 numbers.... #8.5
