So as you all know I haven't played much of anything.  As a matter of fact, Steam says the last time I played was 12/11/2010.  Now I've been toying with apps on facebook (Baackyard Monsters and Battle Pirates is pretty fun), but I haven't been gaming.  My wife is pretty happy with that, but I'm getting itchy again.

I've been thinking about trying an RTS maybe, but I don't know.  Maybe I should get on TS some night.... what do you think?

I am playing Rift and Dirt 3 (pirated so no online action). I can reinstall TF2 is people start playing

If you're looking for a good RTS, check out Civ 5.  Very fun game.

Well, Civ 5 is not a RTS in the truest sense. More rather a 4x type game.

Definitely a great game though.


If you want RTS, get Starcraft 2 and you are set.

I had been playing some borderlands and SC2, I was probably going to DL TF2 tonight since everyone seems to be hopping on that.

I am just getting back into Dawn of War 2: Retribution and I play Black ops on PS3 once in a while

Man I loved Dawn of War.  Haven't played DoW 2 yet...I should pick that up.

I fucking hate games you have to play 24/7 to upgrade the shitty ass base weapon. Anyone know a way to get the better weapons in bad company 2 other than playing it 24/7?

Dawn of War 2: Chaos Rising was pretty good.  Retribution is good also but still haven't played the original DoW2.

Red its all about experience on Bad Company 2 but hell I think I had all the unlocks by level 25 or so.

Yeah each game I seem to get like 1000xp. I just hate the first assault gun. The iron sights BLOW

I have been very tempted to get BF2 to play with you guys, but I'm holding out for BF3.

Once you start getting the gold stars for the weapons and the other badges it jumps a lot.  Those things give you 5k a piece. 
BF3 does look sweet and it is coming out in October.  I'll be on it to own faces.

I finally got the next assault weapon and its much nicer. Except for the spawn camping fucks im having a lot more fun

I got the vietnam pack for 5 bucks.....is it worth playing over reg BF2?

I bought Vietnam right when it came out... Didn't much care for it.  If you thought you get killed fast in regular then you will hate the hell out of Vietnam.
