Here's a little insider info: Every college football program breaks these exact same rules. Every one of them. If you did a proper audit of any legitimate team, I guarantee you'll find a pile of violations. Also, here's another spoiler: 95% of the serious collegiate football players take steroids. 18 year olds don't pack on 70 pounds of muscle in a year naturally. These are just the facts. There are, have always been, and will always be special perks for being a football player...and in this day and age if you want to be competitive at that level you have to juice in some way, shape, or form (unless you're a skills position like QB or WR). The best you can do is to "try" to keep your players from raping and assaulting their fellow undergrads.
