Apature Science makes a nice retail version of their top selling military brand defense turret. It even talks to you as its shooting you in a nice soothing melodic voice. But that's the beauty of the shotgun... start off by racking one into the chamber (identify friend or foe) and if that doesn't deter them you shoot the rubber balls or beanbag at them a couple of times (youtube videos of hillbillies shooting each other with this stuff is hilarious). Then if they're really persistent your 3rd thru 7th shell can be 00 buck shot.
