Title: Re: Scionfest is in Columbus this year Post by: thrun on January 14, 2010, 05:55:50 PM Last year it was in Atlanta, with mainly bands like Torche and Baroness. Basicaly all the "cool metal" Red and I like.
Rumor around town is that Yob and Shrinebuilder are on the bill this year. For those of you who don't know Shrinebuilder is Dale Crover of the Melvins, Scott Kelly of Neurosis, Al Cisneros of Om/Sleep and fucking Scott "Wino" Weinrich [yt=425,350]YP_8g4VRQt0[/yt] and of course yob [yt=425,350]AaSkJMH3-Pw[/yt] Title: Re: Scionfest is in Columbus this year Post by: Jim Tressel on January 14, 2010, 11:30:50 PM You had me at "free titts"

Title: Re: Scionfest is in Columbus this year Post by: thrun on January 19, 2010, 01:40:35 PM And more importantly the Line up is getting announced Friday for sure, I imagine that information on how to register for tickets will be up there shortly to. Even though it is free they have to limit the number of people they have trying to cram in for these shows. I know for sure the venues are going to be Bernies for the small bands and Newport/Skullys for the larger ones.
Even if you are local and want to go it is important you stay on top of tickets, people from all over the country will be coming for this, possibly the world. |
