Title: Car accident Post by: Ellanorah on September 11, 2009, 02:03:30 AM for those of you who were online when i was talking about it, this is the pic. for those of you not online, i had a little car accident, i got hit by another car (also, it was my fault, i went across and intersection and didn't see the other car, even though i had checked, when it hit me i was like "where the hell did that come from?"). I'm ok, but my car is damaged a little, and my pride a lot. After exchanging details with the other driver i pretty much burst into tears.
also, this is the drivers side in australia. The other car was bigger than mine, and this looks kinda ok because my brother in law managed to pop the bottom bit out (this bit above the wheel). from the front my car looks fine. If it makes you feel any better we've got a Ferrari 559 GTB (not sure of year, come on gear heads what year is this?) in the shop to redo the paint protection on the front of the vehicle because junior dumbass who was driving it wasn't paying attention to the road and rear ended someone. The best part of it was the car hadn't even gotten its plates yet still had temp tags on it! :D :o I can guarantee you if some dumbass hit me with this car I'd be needing an ambulance and a lawyer but maybe not in that order ASAP! cost of repairs = $3000, or there abouts...good thing insurance paid for it. the car came abck all shiny and fixed. Hooray also, last week the east coast of australia had a huge-ass dust storm, these pics are from wednesday, about midday. This had travelled up from NSW (new south wales) and was rolling into Queensland. you can see satelite pics, where the storm looks like a giant cloudband only brown/orange. this wasn't as bad as it got, as far as i know, cause i was at work and inside. these pics are from down my street, well, or the park near where i live at least.
