Pirates vikings and knights is a free halflife MOD game, you might have to download source base/ Source base SDK unless you have a game like counterstrike. It is still pretty new but i have been playing around with it and it is really fun, there are only two classes per faction right now but they are developing more and i think it should be awesome.

PVK is a good balanced mod. Also has some fun aspects you can enjoy even if you are not that great at FPS. (When I don't feel like playing serious and want to screw around the Pirate Team has a class that lights a barrel of TNT and can throw it or just run with it to blow up on people)

PVK current version is 2.2, and 2.3 has been in development for over 8 months. I will return playing when 2.3 comes out, it will run on steamworks. Steamworks for non valve/steam people is full support of a mod over steam. This means all updates and new features/maps/anything for mod will be autoupdated and downloaded through steam as if it was a retail game on steam. (NOTE: 2.3 will also include achievements)

Yes I still exist. I check and read forums, just not much to post when I am done with WoW and all MMOs until a new planetside type one is made. I am quietly converting to console gamer, ghostbusters ftw.

They are, probably my favorite thing to do when just playing for fun and not necessarily to win. You can be a terrorist and just hold the keg and hug the enemy. Or you can throw it at the last second on their feet. On my favorite maps is a domination map where you have to capture a point and hold it by staying on it. Well the point was on a scouting wooden tower about 10 feet high. I would light the keg, climb up the ladder, and throw it at top while jumping off ladder. Seconds later would get multikill as the keg blew up everyone on tower, and then would climb up to capture point.

For sure I enjoy a debate, and I make a habit to try and keep them oriented to their respective threads (politics thread, AGW etc). Of course we all end up derailing or minor skirmishing in some other posts, I don't think i'm wrong there?

Regarding JT, sure you could make a strong argument that the only responses we ever have for each other are criticizations of each other, but thats nothing personal, its just friendly rivalry. It's been like that for years over football, politics, or many other key issues, and JT enjoys just as much as I do, i'm pretty sure. The time's ive spent with him on TS, it was always contrary to our debates here in the forum, as we most often discuss things in common.

It's all games brah. At least I don't think JT has ever taken anything i've said personal.. Certainly i'm sure he would speak up if so, he's a big boy.

So on to that first point I made lets look at some of my posts:

lets see.. theres this thread where Paul called out WoW for sucking, then I highlighted why it sucks with a follow up post, in essence agreeing with him..

Then theres the Caprica thread where me and Zonk discussed it.

Then I praise the Presidents Day video by Thrun..

I counterattacked JT in his Email thread..

Commented on the game in this thread..

Then of course I Blasted JT's ass for misquoting me twice, and initially trying to character assassinate me without asking my opinion on how I see Stack's actions..
