If there wasn't a BCS, OSU would never be in contention to lose the National Championship and embarrass the Big 11 year after year.

Save your UM 3-7, App State I-AA, Toledo, etc. etc. comments.... they are not necessary.

It is becoming very interesting this year with the rankings. See normally we have a lot of teams that you could argue who is better, but they don't play each other, and are in difference conferences therefore making drama. After reading about this weeks BCS standings it is very clear how it will play out if each team continues. Here I will break it down.

Texas Tech, Texas, Oklahoma are one bracket of the final. Oklahoma and Texas Tech will play soon. If the Sooners win, they'll create a three-way tie for first in the Big 12 South. If the Sooners, Longhorns and Red Raiders finish deadlocked, the tiebreaker to determine who plays in the Big 12 championship game in Kansas City on Dec. 6. That winner will be one team in the championship.

Alabama and Florida. They both have locked themselves in for the SEC championship. Whoever wins that game will fill the other championship spot.

So the playoffs are pretty much the conference championships. It makes since seeing as if people voted probably the Big 12 and SEC were the top 2 conferences this year. Best of luck to everyone, except USC which still always gets like first place in computer ratings, hackers.

I dont want a playoff system. If that happened, I think it would take the fun out of college football.

Every week is do or die, and quite frankly if that werent the case then I wouldnt watch other teams play, or even care for them until late in the season, if ever.

Appreciate the BCS, it makes it fun as shit.
