My buddy (Aeonflux) just got back from russia and that is how they pay for there net.. they get charged for the bandwith used. and just lastnight we were joking about if they did some crap like that here how we would have to just quit using the net because of everything we use it for.. People need to get to Time Warner and kick some ass..
